The base of these delicious cassava patties is made out of boiled cassava (yucca) which has been blended to perfection with achiote (annatto) and salt. Afterwards the patties are filled with fresh cheese, fried until crisp and frozen in the latest IQF (Individual Quick- Freeze) technology to conserve all their freshness and natural flavors. This product is a 100% natural, no additives, preservatives or artificial flavors have been added.

Cooking Suggestions:
Microwave: Place the Cassava Cheese Croquettes on a microwave dish and heat on high for 2-4 minutes until golden (the time may vary depending on the microwave).
Conventional Oven: Preheat the oven at 400˚ F. Place the Cassava Cheese Croquettes on a baking sheet (without defrosting) and heat the for 12-15 minutes at 400˚ F.

Sugerencias para preparar:
