The cherimoya is a species of Anon native to the Andean-highland valleys of Peru and Ecuador.
The fruit is fleshy and soft, sweet, white in color, with a custard-like texture, which gives it its secondary name, custard apple. Some characterize the flavor as a blend of pineapple, mango and strawberry. Others describe it as tasting like commercial bubblegum.

La chirimoya es una fruta nativa de los valles del Peru y el Ecuador de la cordillera de los Andes.
La fruta es dulce, de textura blanda y de color blanco. Algunos caracterizan su sabor como si se mezclaran la pina, el mango y la fresa. Otros dicen que sabe a chicle “bubblegum”

Juices: Defrost the contents of this package and add 3 ½ cups of water. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar. Stir and serve.

Shakes: Place the contents of this package in blender without defrosting. Add water and sugar as indicated above for juices. Blend and serve.

Jugos: Descongele el contenido de la bolsa y agregue el doble de agua (800cc.). Añada azúcar si desea (se recomienda 4 cucharaditas). Remueva antes de servir.

Batidos: Coloque el contenido de una bolsa sin descongelar en la licuadora. Agregue agua y azúcar en las cantidades mencionadas para jugos. Batéese y sírvase.
