I received my first order from you about 2 months ago. All the products are great. Here in the Northwest I find it hard to find plantains that consistently ripen well, so your frozen varieties really make it easy to enjoy the fried ripe plantains that my family loves. Having Yuca available that I can boil or fry or add to soups is  a wonderful find. Everything arrived well packed, still frozen and in a timely fashion. Thanks for being on the web! The pan de yuca arrived yesterday in a very big styrofoam container inside a cardboard box. We were delighted to find them still frozen. There was still a small piece of dry ice in the bottom of the container. We baked up a dozen last night and enjoyed them very much. There is nothing else like it on the market -- easy to make, tastes good, and with a consistancy more like crewy bread -- trust me, I've looked.
