Avena Quaker Ecuatoriana - Oats

Preparation:

-1/2 taza de Avena Quake.  1/2 Cup of Oats.

-1 1/4 tazas de leche o agua. 1 1/4 Cup of milk or water.

-1 cucharada de azucar. 1 tea spoon of sugar

-1 pizca de vainilla. A little vanilla (opcional)

 Canela (cinnamon) al gusto (to taste).

Vierta la leche en una olla mediana, luego anada las hojuelas y el resto de los ingredientes mientras se calienta la mezcla y mantenga removiendo constantemente. Cuando llegue a hervor mantener durante 3 a 5 minutos.

Put some milk in a medium pot. Add oats and the rest of the ingredients while everything heats up. Keep stirring your preparation constantly. When boiling, maintain for 3 to 5 minutes and then serve.
