Maiz de Tostar - Dried Yellow Corn

-Lightly rinse off with water, let dry.

-Place in deep fryer with vegetable oil. Cook until golden in color.

-Remove and strain oil. Place on servingdish and add salt to taste if desired.

-Serve on salads, ceviches or as an appetizer.
