The pan de yuca arrived yesterday in a very big styrofoam container inside a cardboard box. We were delighted to find them still frozen. There was still a small piece of dry ice in the bottom of the container. We baked up a dozen last night and enjoyed them very much. There is nothing else like it on the market -- easy to make, tastes good, and with a consistancy more like crewy bread -- trust me, I've looked.

Hi,
I placed my first order about two months ago. My husband is from Ecuador and I wanted to surprise him.  We enjoyed everything that I ordered, but I wish I could order "Choclo", the white corn on the cob.  The corn itself is very big and quite delicious, especially when paired with their white cheese!!
